Raptor 1450 Hydraulic Excavator Thumb - 12-16 Tonne

The 'Raptor' hydraulic excavator thumb grabs are available in a range of sizes, to suit 1 to 25 tonne excavators. They are designed to work in conjunction with standard attachments such as digging buckets, riddle buckets and land rakes and will not impede the normal digging operation of the excavator, as they can be easily folded away when not in use.

Each 'Raptor' model is derived from the latest American design, featuring a widened lower pivot joint and reinforced pin, which resists against uneven loads that are applied at the tip of the thumb.

Every hydraulic thumb undergoes a comprehensive manufacturing and quality control process, with all pivot joints line bored and bushed.

We are able to offer an on site fitting service (in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire), for an additional cost. However, installation is relatively straightforward and most thumbs are therefore self installed by the customer. We advise that you refer to the Raptor 1450 technical drawing in the photos section, in order to ensure a suitable fit to your excavator.

Supplied as complete weld on kit, including the full length mounting plate, cylinder and thumb. Hoses are not included.
